Size: Startup

Initially juicing to improve her own health, the startup business Rhonda’s Real Juice evolved from founder Rhonda Karim’s involvement in serving breakfast to families on Sundays through her church’s “Breakfast Club.” She began to bring her fresh juices to share with parishioners—whose interest soon turned into a rising demand.

“A lot of people lack healthiness and access to fresh juice,” Karim says. “It takes a lot of time to make; most people don’t want to juice for themselves.”

The Problem

As the number of people in her community interested in securing her personal juicing services continued to grow, Karim found herself in the position of operating a small business she wasn’t quite prepared for.

Without any formal branding or infrastructure—including an easy way to take orders—or knowledge of industry regulations, she turned to 3Point Biz for help creating a startup business strategy.

The Solution

As Karim explains it, 3Point Biz “took her vision and ran with it.” The consulting agency took on foundational tasks such as developing the business’ name and logo, designing branded product labels and order forms, and establishing an online presence.

The firm also created an actionable business plan for scalability. This plan outlined strategies to navigate market regulations, expand consumer reach, upscale the production and delivery process, and expand to include branded merchandise.

The Results

Equipped with these deliverables, Karim says she now feels truly professional and prepared to grow Rhonda’s Real Juice.

“Kelly (with 3Point Biz) gave me the vision and confidence to juice as a business,” she says. “She took my ideas to another level, elevated my brand but still kept it ‘me.’”

Karim highlights the scripture element 3Point Biz incorporated into the business’ juice product labels as her favorite aspect of the new branding.

“The labels are adorable,” she says. “They inspire faith and encouragement in my customers through scripture, incorporating a personal element that’s definitely me.”

Also notable, Karim is now positioned to be able to take both physical and electronic-based orders as she expands the marketing of her products.

“It can be a lot of work and you can get distracted with life,” Karim says of figuring out the logistics of a new business. “What I love about Kelly (at 3Point Biz), she’s always keeping you going and helping you stay on track.

She’s top tier and I’d recommend 3Point Biz to anybody for websites, business strategy, and marketing strategy. … It’s been great working with her, she’s a good soul.”
